Very laid back place to have a coffee, wine or a beer. Did not tried their wine but they offered a good selection on the menu.

We meant to find Zoska but mistakenly came here for breakfast. The waitress was rude and the breakfast was terrible. Stale bread and poorly cooked eggs.

Right next to the Karolyi park, outdoor seating, limited food selection, but all very tasty. We went out of our way to get to this Cafe, it was well worth it, and meters from Museum street. Best place to wind down with a beer after strolling the streets of Budapest

Great wine list by the glass, gorgeous residential setting outside a beautiful park. The funky Csendes bar and restaurant is right around the corner: go there for food, but start the evening here with a glass of wine. Friendly staff, fast service. The single downside is the construction site directly opposite but this was a very minor annoyance.

As my friends and I are staying in a local hostel we initially only popped in here for a quick coffee. However, we have subsequently been back 3/4 times in few days due to its beautiful location, reasonable prices, and lovely staff. An important note is their wide range of vegetarian options which I haven't been able to come across... More

Nice place to sit and watch the world go round on the corner of a delightful park. Always busy with locals. Good selection of food and drinks at reasonable prices. It's linked with the Csendes Vintage Bar around the corner, which we used when it was raining, great eclectic atmosphere.

We have not eaten at Csendes Tars - we just go there to relax with a glass of wine in the outdoor seating area across the street. What sets it apart from the competition is the lovely setting, so different from the many tourist-filled sidewalk cafes along the busy streets of Budapest. It's located on quiet street with next to... More

I came here looking for a nice glass of wine in a garden setting. It's partially true. The garden setting is also a walkway to a kids park. They only have 5 red wines on their manu. I ordered a glass of Merlot which was served chilled and I believe they consider themselves wine bar. Good place for people watching... More

Interesting and unique bar in the 'Ruin style' of Budapest. Very cheap glasses of house wine of good quality, waitress service as standard,as in all of Budapest, do not forget to give the overworkd girls a decent tip ! Background music, but at a level taht did not interfere.

Thank Markagain

.. morning coffee, afternooon tea, refreshing drinks, fine hungarian wines, colorful programs, open-air, great days, cozy summer nights, fun and jollity in one place .. a youthful cafe and wine bar at the entrance of Karolyi Garden. A small oasis in the shade of trees, perfect choice for hot summer days and nights. The warm evening lights, the candles, the fine mixed drinks and the silent area gives a pleasant atmosphere.
