We are here to have a farewell party, it was like 9-10PM ,but nearly no people just our a big table, while outside all other bars are full. The environment is quite good, and the one of the waitress was very pretty, just don't know why there were no much people.

Nearly overcharged for the beer, but I corrected them. So called tapa of selected hungarian cold cuts was a tiny portion of meat with hunks of bread and tomatoes/cucumber to make it look bigger. The owner could not even remember what the sausage was called only that he bought it soemwhere locally.

Didn't get here till about 11PM, so needless to say we were not going for the Tapas! Came for a few cocktails and drinks. Good atmosphere, good music, excellent bar staff. Started getting a bit quieter after we had arrived - but in fairness it was getting late! For a night out, would highly recommend this as a good starting... More

10 of us went there for a business dinner, kind of international group. With one Spanish guy. Had high expectations that were not really met. Liked the food quality overall, and the wine selection was also reasonable. Had 3 major issues: service time, service time, and service time. There were about 6-8 more people in the whole place - with... More

We were there with friends, ordered some beer. Not the cheapest place, but it is good if you want to have some beer. The other thing I did non like that they brought a glass of beer that was kracked! They covered the crack with the lemon, so I do not think they did not notice it. It is not... More

We went here on a wensday evening. It was quite, but warm and cosy inside. We ordered a bottle of wine, which was very nice. We had several courses of tapas, they were very tasty. It's a recommendation to go to if you have some money to spend. If you are looking for cheaper food and drinks bar/café, and there... More

My wife and I ordered two tapas. One was a plate for two with sausage and other dips and there was a ton of food, more than we could possibly eat. The other was some fried calimari and the plate had six little pieces. Made no sense. As we ate they had some OK music playing at a medium volume.... More

The restaurant was great fun and very reasonably priced. We had a selection of hungarian and spanish tapas along with some fizz. The staff were attentive and the quality of the food fabulous. We had a really fun and relaxing evening here on our first night in Budpaest.

Later the waiter tried to bill the food, what we sent back!!! The bill was 29.000,-Ft and at the end we payed cca.16000,-Ft. And after... More

Great little cosy location just right of the st Stephans Basilica. We were served by a very friendly lady that helped us to choose both tapas and wine. The tapas are really of great quality (Spanish restaurants can come learn from this) and very creative. Really something special to try out. Prices are a bit expensive for budapest standards, but... Description
Zizi Bubbles and Tapas is the first champagne bar-restaurant in Hungary in the heart of downtown Budapest next to the famous Bazilika Church. Zizi wants to introduce something completely new in Budapest nightlife; a bar that is elegant but relaxed aimed for a twenty-something and upwards clientele. There is a clue in the name: the focus is on champagnes, prosecco and sparkling wines. The goal is to introduce the champagne culture that is wide-spread in Western Europe, serving tapas as well as drinks. Of course wine enthusiasts and lovers of great cocktails won’t be left high and dry either. The menu includes the best of Hungarian sparkling wines, French champagne masterpieces, frizzante and prosecco from several Italian producers, and Spanish cava. Zizi’s special partner is Laurent-Perrier, one of the world’s leading and biggest family-owned champagne businesses. The kitchen ties it all together. The chef wanted to realize a simple concept: authentic Spanish dishes based on original recipes, from the best and freshest ingredients available, without compromise. You can taste the most delicious tapas from Andalucía, the Basque country, Galicia, Catalonia and Madrid. The selection ranges from the simplest peasant dishes to the latest creations of Spanish haute cuisine. A separate chapter is dedicated to Hungarian cuisine, which is also served in “tapas” form. And those looking for a complete meal can chose from the weekly changing specials that represent the gastronomy of Spanish regions.
