We arrived very cold and hungry. It looks very pretty but don’t be fooled. It has to have been the worst meal and service we’ve ever experienced. Cold food . Poor quality chicken ( left 99%). The staff left me speechless.... rude , irritable and...More

The Hungarian food was really good, very nice service and good location. We end up the free tour and the tour guide recommended us to have lunch here. Very good choice.

The food is very traditional Hungarian. There is a band playing Hungarian music while you dine. I love this restaurant! The food is great, the service is supurb, and the music is very moving!

We had the goulash soup, and the fish soup, and they were both very good. Prices on the high side, but that's typical of food on the Buda side, as compared to Pest side. So overall, it is considered good value. I read some comments...More

This restaurant features traditional Hungarian and Continental cuisine in a picturesque cellar restaurant with historically interesting wall paintings. The food was mostly very good, the price-value relation pretty good (dinner for four with wine and mineral water about 180 Euros); tables are available both with...More

I had lunch here with my family. The service was terrible. The staff is VERY rude, the description of the dishes in english don't match with the other languages, and are totally different of what was served. If you are in the castle area PLEASE...More

Called in here for lunch yesterday. We only had main course; I had chicken paprika with dumplings and my husband had beef goulash. My chicken was very tasty but the dumplings weren't what I expected, but this is obviously how they are in Hungary. My...More
