A quick to go order of coffee & almond croissant & pistachio croissant on day 1 were so tasty we came back for quiches & more pastries on day 2. Quick friendly service, the place is busy but tables don't linger, so give it five mins and you'll likely find a seat. The egg breakfasts looked great and we're popular.

The best duck liver sandwich I've ever had! In home made bun with jam and ruccola. Also love the milieu and the design with the coffee mugs. Looks like wrapped plastic cups. And also the fresh almond croissant when its hot and inside its full of marzipan.

One of my favourite French bakeries in Budapest where you can find the same baguette, croissant, mille-feuille, coffee, etc. as you would find it in Paris. Tasty and high-quality bakery products served by a friendly staff. Definitely recommended if you're in Budapest and you're looking for a cozy French café & bakery.

This place was always packed! We managed to get a pastry, almond croissant which was one of the best I had eaten! The staff are very friendly and really good at dealing with how busy the cafe is! It is quite expensive, so we couldn't afford the proper breakfast, but if you can, it looks really delicious! Definitely good for... More

Great portions of delicious, traditional French breakfasts. Cakes looked great too. Thoroughly recommend for good quality comfort food after a night out... Good coffee too.

District V / Inner City
Discover the Inner City along the banks of the Danube, with its fashionable shops and iconic buildings. The Inner-City Parish Church and St. Stephen’s Basilica stand out as two of the finest examples of architecture in the area. If you are still hunting for more historical treats, then the ruins of the medieval city walls on Kecskeméti Utca are a must-visit while the Soviet War Memorial is also worthy of attention and relevant to Hungary’s more recent history. If shopping is on your itinerary, then be prepared: the market squares in this area are an absolute delight, particularly during the Christmas period, but even throughout the year you’ll find the latest trends in the shops on Vaci Utca.
