Beautiful setup and lovely atmosphere. Visited here for dinner. Service was excellent. Amazing pizzas equally as good as any we have had in Italy, nice base tasty fillings. Good selection of wine, of course and a cheeky chocolate fondant to finish. Highly recommend- although slightly...More

The food was good, the service was even better. The selection of wine, for a wine bar, was a bit small. A very good place to enjoy a nice evening.

Went there last Wednesday evening. Nice looking place. Had to send my wife food back as it was served cold. Thought it was overpriced. Would not recommend it to anyone.

Great service - my glass was never empty- without being intrusive. The food was excellent. The only complaint being there was a lot of it - which isn’t really a complaint! I would certainly come back

We went with my family for lunch. It wasn't crowded (I don't know the local habits about the eating times) The stuff was very friendly and helpful. We asked for local wines and grapes and they offered us to taste before we decided. We ordered...More

My partner had cepes and mushrooms as a starter and a past with sea fruit. Just as delicious as my gigantic loin.

Rakoczi square used to mean something special to Budapesters, and not in a good way. Just step into Oinos though, and you'll believe that a new era has begun when the M4 underground station was finally opened on the square. Little Baltimore turned into a landscaped park, and this swanky restaurant with its international cuisine and wine selection plays a leading part in this revival. Oinos wants to avoid the wine bar label, even though they are soon to offer a very special sortiment to their guests. Leaving the familiar Hungarian wine regions behind, Oinos takes us on a journey to Italy, to discover its finest wines. And not only are the flavours Italian, the hospitality also radiates Italian warmth and attentiveness. It's natural that you get complimentary snacks with your wine and that the group celebrating a birthday gets a round of Limoncello on the house. The comfort of the guests comes first above all else. That's why everyone gets special attention. The menu is so varied that whatever food allergy you suffer from you will find something on the menu to suit your diet, and if you don't, they will whip something up just for you. Even if you don't have time to sit down, the chefs will prepare a pizza for you in minutes in the authentic wood burning oven using Italian ingredients, and you can take it with you in a practical takeout box. What makes Oinos magical is that it changes throughout the day. The atmosphere is different in the morning when they serve breakfast, and different at lunch and dinner time, and it will put you in the mood for a glass of wine or cocktail later on. Oinos is also dog friendly, so you don't need to leave your best bud behind either.
