Great atmosphere! This place is just sooo unique. Each room is different and there are different bars with different offerings. Crazy one of a kind place.

I walked in to have a Shisha, but the place offered so mush more. Absolutely unexpected. Indescribable atmosphere, decor that made my jaw drop, I couldn’t understand any of it first, it takes some time to sink in and get used to it. I didn’t...More

We've never been anywhere remotely like this famous 'ruin pub' - it defies description and has to be experienced first hand! Make sure you get a photo of yourself sitting in the ruined Trabant car, and marvel at the quite amazing graffiti and ornaments adorning...More

Part of a ruin bar tour, szimpla is unique with lots of nooks and crannies in a must visit hippiesque world that is a must see. We ate well with typically Hungarian food, had craft beer and really enjoyed the whole experience

Szimpla is a must do! Friendly vibes, stunning design and great wine and beer. I like that there's different sections too, so you can pick where you eant to go depending on ur mood- eg pop/dance/ rnb music scene, busy/ quiet parts of the bar.

Loved this Ruins Pub. Has several different bars around the building to cater for many plus had lovely food whilst there. The burgers were great and really cheap! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this to anyone visiting Budapest.

Really unique place, in a very old building in the heart of the city. A numerous amount of bars spread within this old building. You should pay a visit!

the district is the Great Synagogue, the largest in

I think food was available, but no idea what, or how it was priced. But there is a street food place called Karavn just up the road - its open air and has a bar and lots of different food stalls. So you could go there to... More

Sorry I can't help - we only had drinks. Try googling to see if there's a menu available to view online 😊. Enjoy Budapest! Karen
