This place is really not much to look at from the outside, but inside is a cute Turkish cafe. The hot chocolate is thick and creamy, and they have a great selection of fresh cakes and baklava. Very convenient location at Hero square.

An excellent place but walking past i, you would have thought that it was indeed closed! Staff attentive and food traditionally Turkish with great protions. We only had a small snack and a beer and the prices are not what you would expect in such an important street in the City. Not far from The Terror Musuem, heading towards the... More

After visiting the national gallery at Hösök tere we went for coffee and sandwiches to this beautiful café. With its wooden interieur and its carpets and pillows you really feel like you are in a coffee house in Instanbul. The waitresses are really nice and speak English. The food is way better than the fotos on the menue makes you... More

Easy to find and to have a drink close to Heroes` Square, but there are more stylish and same price cafés just around the corner. Middle-quality product. When entering, you expect a cosy, romantic atmosphetere where you can have a good talk with your friend. On 3 occasions over half a year we had the same experience: the waitresses are... More

They have a captive audience being one of only a few visible cafes around Heroes Square but we were happy to stop and have a quick drink and toastie on our way to the visiting the square - the ham and cheese toasties were very nice and we were surprised to get a very generous portion of 2 each! The... More

We were hungry so we visited the first place near the Heroes square. The value for what you get is not worth it, subpar sandwiches and "pies". The service is also a bit slow.

This is a lovely Turkish cafe that serves some nice food at very reasonable prices. We sat outside under the canopy just as it started to rain. It is a lovely location with views of the square and close to the metro station. Staff were very pleasant and friendly.

Nice and cold draft beers on the terrasse. Or a hungarian wine if preferred. On a warm day in Budapest a nice place to sit and relax for a drink or two.
