We had very delicious, fresh cakes and a good coffee at the Marján confectionary. They had a wide range of cakes. Unfortunately they do not have ice cream at wintertime.

A friendly clean confectionary right by the castle. Slow, but personal service. We had excellent cakes: kardinalis and francia kremes. The espresso was awful, I am sorry that needs to be improved. Nevertheless, this place has hearty atmosphere.

I have been to this cake shop many times, first time around 25 years ago with Parents as a child :) The desserts are wonderfully crafted and very tasty. A must if you visiting Eger and fancy a sweet treat and a good coffee.
