Nice ambient and good food. Interesting music. Service rushed us to order, made us problems when we wanted to change the table and was really unpleasant and rude. They even took our food 20 minutes before closing.

Visited here with friends. The food was good, very traditional. Dumplings, schnitzels and soups in bread. All tasty, however like every pub/restaurant we visited the service was rather lacklustre. Good selection of beers and good value for money.

Great place with lots of history and character. Decorated with local artefacts and painting. Food good and local dishes . Service was excellent we were a bit early about 6pm. Good prices and not over run by tourists .

Very reasonable for both food and drink. Very traditional and exactly what we were looking for in terms of being authentic

Non-traditional thanksgiving with traditional Slovakian food with friends. We were just on our way back to our hotel from sightseeing and we figured we would try Slovakian. We were so famished and cold. The place is deceiving. It doesn't look that big from the outside. But when you get in, there are actually several dining areas. It is made of... More

A very large pub on a busy shopping street. Didn't eat food but just stayed for drinks. They were more expensive than other local bars but the quality of the drinks were excellent. Lots of staff on hand to serve you and yet remained unobtrusive.

If you want local you cannot go wrong here. This is located just outside the old town but is a fabulous pub. We called in for our lunch and had the sharing platter and a large beer each - came to €17.50. Really traditional looking inside with the old floors and decor. Well worth a try

I visited this place to try traditional Slovak cuisine and wasn't disappointed. The menu contains many such positions (in reasonable prices) and itself is very interesting. Besides of available dishes, it describes e.x. the process of getting bryndza. I ordered bryndzové halušky and Kofola. Were good, but Slovak food rather won't become my favorite one ;) The service could be... More

Extremely bad food, very expensive comparing to other pubs, restaurants, service was bad, and the food cold.

Wasn't sure about vining as don't usually do the 'tourist pubs', however it was suggested to us to visit, so we did. The building itself is worth the visit. Lots of different rooms and every corner has something different. The boys love beer and wanted to try the home brew, they said it was totally amazing but required 2 hands... More
