Had dinner here on our last night, no complaints! The atmosphere is amazing, so cozy, great food, great drink and very friendly staff! Thoroughly recommend for a really unique dining experience!!

What is curious in this restaurant - usually in such an unusual place (more than 700 years old and two stores under the pavement) the food is mediocre, that is, "touristic", but in this case the food is on high level.
A medieval restuarant with medievil music, although a bit difficult to find this is a must. Apparently an old wine cellar, great atmosphere and very popular to the people that find it, staff dressed up, music on old intruments like the lute etc
Medioeval style restaurant, very well done, perfect details, in a beautiful cellar with fantastic architecture. The food was great, definitely large portions, based upon medioeval recipes. Recommended.
Medieval dining Latvian style, in a very large cellar in the old town. Very nice food and loved the local beer. Reasonable prices, friendly staff. Must book in advance as it's quite popular particularly with tourists.
