When we first arrived there was a small mix up over our booking, this however was very quickly and professionally rectified to the mutual satisfaction of two tables full of expectant dinners. The complimentary garlic bread helped us get off to a solid start to...More

Weekday lunch, service was good and also friendly. Shared an entree of crumbed calamari and it was spot on, cooked just right and very tender. Main was a Hawaiian pizza to share, good size for two people and the crust was perfect, though the toppings...More

My wife and I are regulars to this restaurant, and we enjoy going, staying and chatting with the staff. They really make us feel like special guest. The food is good.

Hi Owen & Robyn M I am sorry to hear you had a bad experience with us, and I believe an apology is in place. Our pizzaiolos were on a break when you came to the restaurant, hence the limit in the pizza offering. We...More

Hi Lisa S, Thank you for your feedback. It seems like you were not pleased with the food. I guess you cannot make everybody happy. I am pleased to hear you enjoyed the spaghetti. Culinary regards Joe

Visited a couple of weeks ago and no where near as good as before. Service poor, food portions much smaller and prices have increased dramatically. Will not be going back.

Right in the heart of Fremantle, Portorosa is the Italian Restaurant you don't expect. Using the best available local ingredients, our Chef creates a seasonal menu featuring classic dishes, bursting with a great Sicilian flavor. Our menu is based on the Italian tradition of preparing food. We combine simplicity with the best ingredients of the season, including high quality olive oil, locally grown local vegetables and fruits, and seasonal specials of seafood, poultry, meat and game. In addition to the regular menu, our specials menu features a variety of soups, antipasti, pasta and main courses.
