Lovely setting on Akaroa Bay, well-appointed inside and outdoor seating, with heaters and blankets, if necessary. Our meal, a local white fish, was excellent, but a bit slow in arriving. Our waitress was an enthusiastic, lovely young lady from San Jose, California, who is an...More

We enjoyed a late lunch of the smoked salmon appitizer and seafood chowder, and both were very good. However, the servers seemed like attending the customers was not their priority. We waited for every portion of the service and it was not at all busy.

Overlooking Dailey's wharf and the Akaroa Harbour, Ma maison is one of Akaroa's hidden gems. The view speaks for itself! Set away from the hustle and bustle, our Restaurant offers a very private dining experience, one to be enjoyed and savoured.
