The pad Thai was really good. Had a sprinkle of chilli that gave it a bit of an edge, with the chilli on the side so you could put as much as you want in it. Also had the pad kra paow with chicken and this was spicy, although asked for medium spice. It was just right though.

Had dinner after reading reviews. The curry was good. (Green and red) and the pad Thai was not bad. The service could have been better and they weren't helpful at all in differentiating the curry but all and all the food was good.

Had trouble finding a decent Asian place to eat out so the motel owners suggested we go here. Old building. Am sure must have been someone home once. The restaurant wasn't busy n we just ordered a takeaway. Meal was half the size you would pay for in Christchurch and twice as expensive. But maybe because there is only a... More

As l fancied chinese this was the place to go l was told. There were about 6 people seated and 3 people waiting for takeaway. I thought l wouldn't have to wait long. After l ordered my food, the wait was an hour before l got it. Much to long. The food though was very generous and quite good. I... More

I ordered a red chicken curry, it was so good heaps of chicken and heaps of heat! My partner had the cashew and chicken dish it was big and delicious! We often visit Picton in our holidays so excited to find a favorite takeaway restaurant.

Good choices on the menu, good prices, tasty food. Handy to the town centre. No frills, typically Thai. They have Chinese dishes as well. The food is top notch for cheap eats.

We had a couple of tasty, well prepared and cheap (considering the amount of food in the plates we were served) dinner dishes. Honest flavours with no glamorous plating (not needed at all) but simplicity before all. The service was fast and cordial (it wasn't a busy night I must say). Just another good reason to go back to Picton... More

The food was lovely...not spectacular, but good. Nourishing, tasty, and would eat there again. Reasonably expensive for what you get, but I think that is the area, higher priced for tourists. The staff were very friendly, and there was an eat-in area which looked cosy. Recommend.
