We were strolling after dinner and the owner came out to talk to us. We spent a nice 20 minutes talking and only wished we hadn't just eaten, but could of spent more time here

A lovely cafe right in the centre of Trinidad. Excellent lunch and a really welcoming friendly owner who ended up taking us on a trip up to the mountains and a sugar plantation - no charge - and back to his home. Really recommended

This is a great bar for lunch and just round the corner from Casa Musica. Delicious sandwiches and pasta and exceptionally welcoming owner. Recommended as it is also very cheap.

I recommend eating at your casa but if you want to venture outside of it, this is a lovely paladar to eat at. The food is well presented and is tasty. The owner is very friendly and ensures you have an enjoyable time here. We had a brief power cut while waiting for our main course but I wouldn't look... More

We arrived very early in the day just after opening time and ordered our meal. We were told that it would take a while so we could relax and enjoy the atmosphere. After a short while an excellent local duo turned up and kept us entertained until the meal turned up. The food was tasty and we ended spending a... More

After reading the reviews for WWSS on tripadvisor my girlfriend and I decided to eat there. It was so good that we returned the next evening. The food was delicous, but the staff was exceptional. After learning that I am not so fond of salads, an alternative starter (a very nice calebas soup) was presented the next day. We had... More

We ate here for dinner. I had lobster which I liked. My wife had shrimp in garlic sauce which she didn't enjoy much. The salad was very good. I found the lighting too bright and the decor of the reastaurant to be very ordinary. They offered a container of yogurt for dessert. I think they could have done better than... More

Lovely ambience, just around the corner from Casa de la Musica. Food was just OK if honest, pork steak over cooked, dry and chewy but there was a young lad singing and playing guitar which was great to listen to. The owner was very friendly and he chatted a lot to us.

WWSS was a great experience for us. Normally I avoid all restaurants close to city/tourist centers but all the tripadvisor reviews on this restaurant definitely didnt let me down. The food was generally wonderful, although my wife who is a vegetarian probably got just about reasonable fare. The drinks were fantastic (try and canchanchara) and the biscuits with garlic butter...
