My wife and I were in Georgetown, got hungry, stopped at this little restaurant right along Wisconsin Ave. It was about 2:15PM, so they were not busy. We were seated and waited on immediately. They serve Tortilla chips and salsa while you are waiting for your order. These were delicious! We placed our order. My wife and I decided to... More

Good food, very strong margaritas! A real find in this quiet corner of Georgetown. Family friendly, broad menu.

Los Curates is a really good TexMex style restaurant. The portions are generous and well prepared. The large chiles rellenos w/ mole sauce was excellent. The skirt steak fajitas were properly prepared to requested doneness & sizzling'. The perfect place to get your mexican food fix.

We visit Georgetown often and like to walk around Wisconsin Avenue. The restaurant has a busy first floor and more relaxed second. The portions are big with the rice and beans.

It's mexican! Wife craves mexican food so we have to venture out to a new place every now and then. She always (95% of the time) goes for Chimichangas and this time was no exception. I do mixed fajitas and ordered that here. Food came out quickly, the salsa was delicious and we were happy customers. Great location in Georgetown.

The veggie fajitas are a good way to have a guiltless and healthy meal. The vegetables are flavorful, you can add meat to the dish for an extra charge. The qeuso Blanco is homemade and hearty. Definitely stop by for some South of the border flavor in the middle of Old Georgetown.

What a fun little place to eat! This place has pretty good food and huge portions even when you order the lunch size.

We've been here twice-the first time every thing was phenomenal. The second time the service was very slow and the food was hit or miss. It was a busy Saturday night, which did account for some of the slowness. However, some of the food arrived at the table barely lukewarm and not as we had requested. It was late though... More

Standard Mexican fare with standard local Mexican restaurant surroundings and with friendly service. OK guacamole, perfectly acceptable enchiladas with reasonable margaritas. If you really want there are some strange 'feature' drinks that seem to involve drip feeding beer into a cocktail of some kind. This seems beyond bonkers to me but it involves a strange contraption that some of the... More

45 minutes + to get a salad with overcooked, tasteless salmon. Way too loud. Crowded. Cheesy decor. Decent chips and margaritas (after 30 minutes, on the drinks). 1st and last visit.
