Ok - location is good and food was alright. We had different staters and different mains and they were all alright. Just doesn’t reach good value.

Let me preface this with we were in a large group but did reserve far in advance and had a limited menu. Food was to be ready upon arrival. It wasn’t! Kids enjoyed their pizza but I had the Chicken Parm along with many other...More

Great location for people watching but the poorest meal I have had in years. Both the chicken and veal appeared to be heavily, and I mean heavily breaded and deep fried. Meal served in about 3 minutes that confirmed no effort in preparation. Pasta sides...More

As tourists we were told that a visit to Washington wouldn't be complete without a sunday-brunch with mimosas. We looked on the internet for good places to go to. Paolo's was our choice and a very good one. As we arrived as the first guests...More

Cute location, but the good stops there. Poor service, cold food - not even the basics any good. Canned soup better than their minestrone. I think they figure most visitors are one & done - so no real incentive to get it right. Perhaps just...More

Very expensive for the portions. I was not impressed with the food. Sangria was tasty and my shellfish overdone. There are far better options. Shout out to our server Shawn however, a fine young man who is very kind and helpful.

I've been to Paolo's a few times, mainly for happy hour because they have a very good dollar oyster happy hour. Went to dinner here recently, and it was pretty iffy on the food. They were out of a few standard appetizer options, and even...More

The hostess was not the friendliest but our server was very nice. We sat outside where it was quieter. The ahi tuna tartare was fresh but was missing any kick to it. They sprinkled some wasabi peas, a nice touch, but they were not spicy...More

I like to write reviews when I love an experience but in this case, I am writing because I think they can do better. Sunday before Labor Day they were pretty empty around 4 but we waited 20 minutes for a table while being told...More

Food was good. Service was excellent!! The staff was amazingly courteous and helpful! The restaurant is in a great location in Georgetown as well. I really must compliment the staff, we came in with a large group and they made our experience wonderful!
