Date night and we decide to go get a drink and appetizers at the Front Page. The flatbreads were good, so were the wine and beer we ordered. However, the service was non-existant. We ordered 2 flatbreads to share and were given no plates, no silverware, and no napkins. The environment was also really loud... Unsure if we'll go back.

If you go on a busy day make sure it's not to have a quiet chat with your guest, his place is LOUD when busy. The food is ok and pricing is reasonable. We did the all day breakfast which was ok but a bit meat heavy. Service was pretty ordinary.

Visit Front Page during happy hour after work on weekdays for both food and drinks, otherwise, meals can be just as expensive as other restaurants nearby averaging between $10 - $20 per person depending on your order. Happy hour is great to mingle with friends, coworkers, or meeting new people. The prices for food between 5pm and 8pm is $5... More

I recently visited the Front Page for Paint Nite and stuck around for dinner. Paint Nite was an interesting experience. Other than the fact it was set up in such a way that I felt like the end of my brush was in the face of the lady next to me and the instructor was a little on the crude... More

The Front Page was referred to us by Kevin at the Embassy Suites. We enjoyed the atmosphere and definitely the food. The service was also top notch. We enjoyed the fajitas, Heidenburger, and the chicken philly steak sandwhich. We highly recommend this restaurant.

Came here for Sunday brunch with 4 friends...luckily we had reservations. Make reservations! The brunch is a buffet with your normal breakfast buffet fare...but they did have an omelet station and waffle station. The food was good...they have chicken wings on the buffet but they go fast. I read on the menu that they had salmon but maybe I missed... More

My family and I were looking for a dinner spot in the DuPont Circle area and walked into a few restaurants to look at the menu... The Front Page had a menu everyone would be comfortable. We had a couple of shared appetizers to start off and then each of us went their separate ways… Pasta, steak, chicken wrap and... More

My niece chose this location for our annual DC trip dinner. We arrived early for our dinner reservation, and were offered a table in the dining room. This was great since my daughter was not able to sit at the bar. They let us order drinks and appetizers while we relaxed for a bit. We all enjoyed something different from... More

Shocked at how unpleasant brunch here was today....from the unfriendly snots at the front desk to the totally disinterested waiter who had to be begged for a coffee refill, the deafening music, bland brunch buffet and high prices (coffee not included), this was a miserable experience. Don't do it. So many great brunch spots in DC...this place needs a personnel... More

Description
The Front Page DC, opened in 1985, has been serving DC's socialites for decades! We pride ourselves on prompt, friendly service, excellent food, long happy hours, and bountiful brunches. We have won DC's best happy hour and voted TOP 10 spots to Brunch. We have been known for our affordable pricing, including our famous $9 lunch specials. We offer insane specials including our half priced burger nights with trivia on Tuesdays and our biggest night of the week...Taco Thursday's with a free taco bar starting at 5 pm and $2 Coronas. The Front Page has always been family owned and operated, and we have always treated our restaurants like our home. We welcome you to our restaurant, and we hope you feel like you are home while you are here. Cheers, Alex Heidenberger
