Their lab is absolutely amazing. And their tapas are amazing as well. I have nothing but good things to say about this place it's across the national Gallery of art and so it's great to pop in to.

Judging from the reviews we decided to give it a go, having spent quite a few vacations in the Greek Islands I was wondering how they would hold up. ...... Spot on !! The Hummus was phenomenal, as was the Santorini Octopus, the Crispy Snails, both red and white wines. The chocolate cake was to die for. .... Great bartender (Michael... More

Great location, right on the corner, great views of the city, modern decor, bar, very friendly staff, very reasonably priced, great for ordering dishes to share, delicious bread with olive oil and vinegar brought to the table, we had the brussel sprouts, octopus, eggplant, cauliflower, and two glasses of red wine for around $75, everything was delicious, very unique dishes... A must visit in you are in DC and want a nice place for drinks and food. A complete range of yummy cocktail along with an outstanding menu to choose from. The portion sizes are small and therefore the prices are also proportionately less. This actually allows you to order multiple dishes and try them out. The complementary freshly baked... More

Some of the courses were quite simple and some were nice and tasty. The service wasi bit hectic and unattentive at some points.

Very nice arrangement and decoration, you are pleased when you enter the restaurant. Quite large, it must be very busy at peak period. In January it is quite even though half full. The menu is a mix between Lebanese and Greek. It may be difficult to choose if you don't know this kind of food. In fact we are very... More

While I didnt have a bad experience, it was not special either, hence the rating of average. The location is great and is a happening place, the drinks are good and the bread is served hot and fluffy. The hummus is good and so are some of the vegetarian dishes - mushrooms, cauliflower.

We really enjoyed our dinner at Zaytinya. The waiter was fantastic and suggested several of the dishes that we liked best. I appreciate that all of the dishes don't come at once - but rather they come in groups of one or two, so each new wave is exciting. There are comments about noise level but our table was not...
