Owned that gumbo and the chef special (blackened flounder). Fried green tomatoes were delicious. I loved the atmosphere.

Very pretty restaurant with nice decor. A little noisy because of several large groups who were sitting close to us. The gumbo and oysters were delicious. Our sever Garrick Lumsden was very professional and helpful.

Blackened talapia was awesome. Best friend is 'shrimp n grits' fanatic; not happy with the 'grit cake' (grits should b smooth & creamy). Nice deviled eggs (3 ways). Good mimosas. Fried green tomatoes were good, but thin. Will return for dinner.

Great service, good interesting menu but a bit too salty for my taste and pricy. Convenient location if you need to impress someone at a conference, since the convention center is across the road.

Last Saturday, I hosted my best friend’s birthday dinner in the semi-private dining room. I spoke with the manager weeks before to set up a prefix menu as well as all other logistics. My first issue is that the manger over promised and under delivered....More

Four of us enjoyed a dinner following an afternoon Caps game as the restaurant is an easy walk from the Arena. I thought the gumbo appetizer was very tasty but could have used a little more chicken & sausage. The four of us had different...More

Margaret C, you say there are much better restaurants to try...yet you don't mention them...that would be extremely helpful.
