We had lunch here while visiting the campus because our tour guide enticed us with tales of famous lemonade. It didn't disappoint. The lemonade was fantastic. We also ordered chicken salad sandwiches and the chicken and dumpling soup for lunch. The prices were incredibly reasonable but the food was just average. We also ordered an ice cream sandwich and apple... More

Our family of five crowded around a small table and had a very good Friday afternoon lunch. I had a Grilled Pimento Cheese Sandwich with Toomer's Lemonade. Not the healthiest sandwich but I love pimento cheese and it was good. Of course, the Lemonade was excellent. Service and atmosphere were very good.

We stopped in for lunch on our first visit to AU. We sat at the counter and has soup and toasted sandwiches. The famous lemonade was delicious on a cool day in January so I can only imagine how great it is in warm weather. Food was excellent, service outstanding, prices were reasonable and even inexpensive. We didn't get ice... More

Toomers is a tradition for Auburn. If you are in town and do not have a fresh squeezed right before your eyes lemonade you have missed out.

So Toomer's has cold and panini press sandwiches, Lay's Chips, shakes with ice and them and good lemonade...so now what? Ate there recently on my first trip to Auburn but I left less than impressed. I have no axe to grind with the area or the school but I cannot objectively give Toomer's a good review. With three tables and... More

We always enjoy coming to Toomer's to get a nice glass of lemonade and ice cream! Nostalgic and then we take a walk around the campus! Sweet memories!

Saw the signs for their lemonade and stopped in to give it a try. Very good - worth a stop. Also servers a variety of ice cream creations.

Toomers is the heart of auburn! The lemonade is a must for any visit to campus. Not too tart! The lines can be a bit long on game days but worth the wait and the line is usually filled with happy auburn alumni, students and family.

The delicious smell of fresh lemons hit us upon entering. The store old-timey store contains mostly football souvenirs (as one might expect in a college town), but on the left-hand side of the store is a large counter with stools. We sat down and were immediately greeted by several smiling faces from behind the counter. We ordered a large lemonade... More

We stopped in here to see what the fuss was about, plus I love an old soda fountain. They are known for their lemonade and it definitely lived up to its reputation! We also had a "Tiger Cookie" that was made from their lemonade, which was great as well.
