Nothing special..its your standard Jack in the Box. Don't seem to remember if they had free wifi. They do have a sign you are limited to 30 minutes (with food purchase).

Seems to a training ground for the morning crew

Service can be ridiculously slow at the drive-thru on weekday mornings. It can take as much as 10 minutes to get and order delivered to the drive-thru. Quite often I have had to repeat my order many times because the order-taker kept getting it wrong. Always check your order before leaving. Dinner and weekends the service is noticeably better.

Love the tacos!

Good little fast food spot right off the 14. Service is good and they get the food out quickly. My family stops by here once a month when rolling through the area. I always get the monster tacos and they are great. Stop and see for yourself.

Bad restaurant

The Jack in the Box in Acton is a terrible restaurant. On more than one occasion, our order was incomplete. We had to return to get the rest of the order. We still didn’t get all of what we paid for. The staff is usually very unhelpful. They just get nasty about their ineptitude. We complained to corporate, and still, nothing was done. My suggestion is to go to McDonald’s, which is right there.

The staff smiles and does a good job. I have not had any errors in my order or bill. The people work well together and the food is Jack-in-the-Box good. I go often and I'm never disappointed.

Upcharging!

Ordered a #21 Breakfast Combo. Was up-charged for a coke instead of coffee and also up-charged for fries instead of hash browns. This was about a $7.50 trip

Very Clean..Easy Access from CA 14

Jack in the Box has always offered a little more variety than other fast food burger places. This one is the same, with a variety of burger, chicken, fajita pita, salads, tacos and other items. They also serve breakfast items all day. This one closes the inside at 11pm but the drive thru is open all night. The store is very clean with ample well lite parking. There is easy access off CA 14 going either direction. It is a much easier place to stop before you get to Palmdale or Santa Clarita, whichever direction you are going. There is also a convenient gas station next door.

I eat at Jack in the box a lot, a quick stop for a drink and 2 tacos. This place was very clean and they had enough staff to have a member cleaning the lobby. They also have one of the new drink machines where there are a lot of choices and that is a plus in my book. The Tacos were great, not a lot of oil left in the shell which happens when a store is lazy and do not change the oil. I will be stopping here many time snow that I know they are so good.

Chicken fajita pita

I use the drive through at Jack's, as it is very fast. I love the chicken meals, but mostly the fabulous chicken fajita pita. Low calories, and very tasty.
