Would have liked to sit outside but back patio was not open yet. Indoors was very pleasant though as I was leery of freezing air conditioning since it had suddenly turned hot the day of our arrival. Service was very good and food and wine...More

What a lovely hotel in an old west setting. Comfy, quaint rooms and fantastic food I had my birthday dinner here last night and my lamb was outstanding. Also tried shrimp, duck, and chicken Marsala. Yummmmmmmm

Classic old hotel with a great bar and restaurant. Had breakfast out on their front patio. I stayed across the street in the old Supervisor's cottage. Mid-way between Plymouth & Sutter Creek, so location is perfect.

We had a charming brunch, the decor, food and service were impeccable and full of charecter. Though dining with kids – everyone found something they liked on the menu. Recommended for travelers who wish to immerse in the vibe of gold rush era towns.

Stayed in the cottage. Comfortable bed. Clean. Walls are a bit thin as you can easily hear the tv going in the next room. Included breakfast was just good.

The restaurant and staff handled our group of 18 with care and efficiently. We were seated in a side area with plenty of space between us and other diners. Well done. Good draft beer from Amador Brewing Company. I ate the grilled polenta with onions...More

The dining room, located in the hotel, has the old exposed brick walls and you can feel the gold rush era. The old bar is also fun to see. My husband really enjoyed his duck but my pasta was overcooked and my salad was drowning...More
