This restaurant use to be wonderful. Now all you taste is chili powder and lime. My family had 5 different meals and nothing was good. The wait staff and owners are great, atmosphere is good but the food needs help.

Felt like having Mexican food one night, so headed for this restaurant. When we walked in, we were surprised by how many other diners were in there. We took the only booth left, but the remaining tables were soon filled up, also. The food was pretty good, although we didn't order anything out of the ordinary....mostly tacos, and burritos. Each... We were steered here by our B&B, and tried their Chicken Molé and steak Fajitas. Service was good, portions sufficient and the food was even better.

The word authentic fits this restaurant well. Nothing frozen or out of a can. It's the real deal...family run too. It's a family affair, so to speak. Every dish I've had here has been excellent. I really love the Chili Rellenos. You can't beat there homemade salsa with chips. You will be satisfied here.

Passed by Arnold and wanted some Mexican food, so we tried this place. It left a lot to be desired. I will start off by talking about the service, it took ages to get the food to the table and when it got there it was very poor. Despite the waiter raving about how good it was and how it... More

Okay, full disclosure. It's a good (better than average) place, I give it extra credit because it's the only Mexican place around that offers a milanesa, which I almost always order. The chips and salsa are really good, the service is friendly, it's just a nice place. We eat here every month or so and are never disappointed.

The good: nice eating patio when weather is pleasant, fair prices, food and drinks were served in timely fashion. The less than gold: Entrees were okay. Rice and beans pretty standard as were the burritos, tacos, tostada. A little on the smallish side.

They don't seem to understand that kids don't want to sit still for half an hour waiting for something edible to be brought to the table. Yah, they were busy, but they need to find a way to make things happen in a more timely manner. Their table turns must be abhorrent. Once delivered, food wasn't anywhere near good enough... More
