Great little mom and pop cafe. They serve all day breakfast here!! I had the taco plate with rice and beans. Super good!

Our server was like a cheerful, friendly whirlwind! The breakfasts and coffee were great, and we were away in plenty of time to catch our train.

We stopped by this morning for breakfast since it was very convenient to get too--right off the highway. Service was good, food was decent. It was averaged priced. I would eat here again if I was in town.

Although not my favorite restaurant in town, the food at the Monterrey Cafe is good home cooking with a good variety of breakfast, lunch and dinner items. They are favorably located in the middle of the divided highway (on the left going west) and parking was easy to access. The food was tasty, the staff were friendly and efficient, and... More

My husband and I stopped here for breakfast on a Sunday morning. The place was busy and we had to wait 10 minutes for a table - which was fine. There seemed to be only one waitress and one bus lady working the front of the restaurant so although service was a little slow, I could understand why. We both... More

The green chile is one of the best I've had. I had the potatoes with green chile and cheese. The pancakes with strawberries are the bomb too!

Went here for breakfast, pretty standard fare, thought it was more of a Mexican restaurant but mostly standard breakfast items, didn't look at a lunch menu. Food was good, nothing special, pretty fast service.

I wanted a late breakfast on a Saturday shortly after noon. The smothered breakfast burrito here was delicious, simple and obviously prepared from scratch in the kitchen. The browned cottage fries on the side were clearly hand. The pork-based sauce was different than anything I've had but tasty and fresh. I was offered green chile too, and it arrived in... More

This place had good fast service and very good food. I judge a breakfast restaurant by whether they have French toast - egg - bacon combo and this place did. And it is right on the main drag.

Server was very rude! Messed up our orders and asked to not cook bacon as long and they refused. Never ever going back! Worst place I've ever been in all of Colorado! Never again.
