Love Mezzaluna. Pasta, pizza, salads....great apps, this place is great for fun get togethers. It's close to everything and though parking in Aspen is usually tough, there are times of the year where it's not too bad. They have a nice wine selection too. If you just pop in for an adult beverage, they'll serve you apps at the bar... More

We stopped in here on a whim on a recent trip to Aspen, and it was really good food. Had the pizza, giant calamari, and some of the pasta dishes and it did not disappoint!

It was a quick stop in for some nice breakfast specials and snack foods before we hit the road back to Denver outside seating was nice in the warm sun friends of ours are able to keep their small dog outside while we all ate together not terribly expensive considering the area

Great restaurant centrally located. Very good everything.... pastas and pizzas alike! We went as a family but there were large tables of big groups of younger and older patrons. Reasonably priced.

We had pizza, cioppino, chicken breast with risotto. The food was fresh, tasty & arrived timely. We will return to Mezzaluna & highly recommend it!

Mezzaluna has withstood the test of time in Aspen and I don't think we've ever been in town without one meal there. It's a reliable place to go when traveling with children - there is pizza and pasta. The service is always the same - somewhat brusque and indifferent. The atmosphere - packed in tight. The food - eh. The... More

Five of us headed here for dinner. Each of us had a great meal. I really enjoyed that ingredients seemed very fresh and put together well. We started out with the calamari. I have never seen squid so thick. I personally enjoy the rings a bit more, but it was good and the spicy sweet sauce was wonderful. We tried... More

Great menu! Love sitting outside. Good prices. Linguine with lemon shrimp is delicious! Good price points on wine. Are here several times and will always return here for lunch or dinner.

Two evenings solo at the bar which has some good energy on both a weekday and weekend evening. The first night I had a simple salad (yes, this is what they call it) which contained fresh mixed greens, light dressing and small tomatoes and a pepperoni pizza which I added mushrooms. The salad was fresh, tasty and large, the pizza... More

We go here every year for the rock shrimp pasta dish. Just enough but not too much cream in their sauce. Great breadsticks. Always our first stop for lunch when we arrive.

Mezzaluna, meaning “half-moon” in Italian, is an independent, locally owned and operated restaurant serving modern Italian cuisine in Aspen. Our large Italian marble bar and our beautiful patio are key features of our restaurant, and our wood-burning pizza oven helps create an authentic atmosphere. We serve lunch, après ski and dinner, with daily food and wine specials. Aspen's favorite Italian for over twernty years and with Aspen's only wood-burning pizza oven. Fresh salads, tasty appetizers, pastas, fresh seafood daily and classic favorites like chicken marsala, veal piccata and pepper-seared beef tenderloin. Our horseshoe-shaped Italian marble bar is right in the center of the action. Our walls are adorned with over 100 pieces of original Italian art, and our patio is open for outdoor dining in the Fall, Spring and Summer.
