There are Matsuhisa (and Nobu) restaurants all around the world. For the most part they share the same menu. For some restaurateurs this could be a risky proposition. All it takes are a few or more questionable dishes. Nobu Masuhisa (proprietor of the Matsuhisa and...More

Always a gem to visit in Aspen. The food is amazing. Top quality. The restaurant is quite large but cosy at the same time. They can accommodate large bookings as well if need. We usually eat here a few times if we are staying in...More

I don't get the hype for this restaurant. Is it because it's in Aspen? Because Dior is around the corner? We were disappointed. This wasn't special, inspired, or on par for the $200 for two dinner. Ambiance was loud and chaotic, and the decor was...More

Remember this is Aspen. It's a scene, the food is great, expensive, but again this is Aspen. Service was excellent. Memorable dish was the lamp chops, may not be on menu but they have them, and they are crazy good.

The resturant is elegant fairly noisy and very busy with upscale customers. We ate at the Sushi bar as we prefer their at all of Nobu resturants and we’re not disappointed. The service was faster and more attentive than many Nobu locations which was a...More

We had a group of 9. Food was great, service was good but a bit slow. The eggplant and black cod were excellent. Rolls good to. Nice variety compared to all the other choices in Aspen.

You wouldn't think that sushi in the mountains could possible be good or even fresh tasting - but hands down - the BEST sushi I've ever tried. The restaurant is a fun place to hang out - nice bar and chic ambience. Don't miss it...More

I came here as it was advertised as the best sushi restaurant in Aspen. The food is bad quality. They should call it american fast sushi. The crowd and noise in restaurant is terrible. Very disapointing.

Matsuhisa Aspen is nestled beneath a quaint victorian house in the mountain town of Aspen Colorado and features the cuisine of world renowned chef Nobu Matsuhisa. Japanese-inspired seafood and sushi, as well as an ultra-hip scene and lively bar crowd can best describe Matsuhisa Aspen. We are a continuation of Matsuhisa L.A., Nobu New York, Nobu London and may more locations around the world.
