We were there during the shoulder season when fewer dining options were available and the food + service... More

Top quality sushi served thoughtfully. It is not a particularly beautiful restaurant, which I had expected, but the food and staff are excellent.

Went last night for dinner. Even though it is off season, and few restaurants are open in Aspen, Matsuhisa was busy. Really enjoyed the sea bass, wife had cod. Both very good. Servings could be a little bigger for the price.

Amazing sushi! This was our first visit to Matsuhisa. We went with 4 adults and 4 kids. The food, service and presentation were all superb. We really enjoyed it and will definitely return the next time we are in Aspen.

Pricey, but well worth it for an occasional night out. The food is delicious, attentive wait staff, and very fresh.

We visited here on recommendation of a friend who has visited in avail. Had no expectation of what to expect. And it was awesome. Staff is super friendly and attentive. The manager came to chat to see see we were enjoying our dinner. The black cod was ridiculously good, the tuna was equally tasty. You can't go wrong if you... More

Phenomenal restaurant. Best in a city known for having the best restaurants. Service is good. Food is excellent. Sushi, main courses, apps, desserts all great. Extremely expensive but worth it.

It is a pleasure to be consistently served excellent food by highly professional people. This Aspen haunt is very popular so book way in advance. Highly recommended whatever you order!

Wow, my mouth enjoyed a symphony of fresh flavors layered perfectly. Just as good if not better than Matsuhisa Los Angeles
