Although we rally enjoyed the food at this restaurant, it was badly let down by the service. It was a busy night but there seemed to be dozens of staff who just stood there and watched on with no apparent purpose. We went without a...More

Food is always fantastic here. Love it. The yellowtail sashimi, the crispy rice and tuna dish is always delicious and fun. A family favourite. Never miss this when in Aspen.

Always a gem to visit in Aspen. The food is amazing. Top quality. The restaurant is quite large but cosy at the same time. They can accommodate large bookings as well if need. We usually eat here a few times if we are staying in...More

I don't get the hype for this restaurant. Is it because it's in Aspen? Because Dior is around the corner? We were disappointed. This wasn't special, inspired, or on par for the $200 for two dinner. Ambiance was loud and chaotic, and the decor was...More

Remember this is Aspen. It's a scene, the food is great, expensive, but again this is Aspen. Service was excellent. Memorable dish was the lamp chops, may not be on menu but they have them, and they are crazy good.

The resturant is elegant fairly noisy and very busy with upscale customers. We ate at the Sushi bar as we prefer their at all of Nobu resturants and we’re not disappointed. The service was faster and more attentive than many Nobu locations which was a...More

Matsuhisa Aspen is nestled beneath a quaint victorian house in the mountain town of Aspen Colorado and features the cuisine of world renowned chef Nobu Matsuhisa. Japanese-inspired seafood and sushi, as well as an ultra-hip scene and lively bar crowd can best describe Matsuhisa Aspen. We are a continuation of Matsuhisa L.A., Nobu New York, Nobu London and may more locations around the world.
