Great food in the bar and restaurant, definitely worth lining up for. Burger, steak and fries are highlights. Drinks and bar service are fantastic

We were walking around Aspen looking for a drink and a bite. We saw Jimmies and thought it looked good - and it was! Nice atmosphere, good eats and nice service. Alex was a great host and we should gladly head back there when in...More

Jimmy's is slipping. We visit Aspen often, and enjoyed Jimmy's every trip. However, this trip Jimmy's food, service and pricing was Not That Great.

We eat here often. The food is delicious. Oftentimes we eat at the bar. The crab cakes, tuna tartar and lobster Mac are delicious. Flynn & Kayla are very friendly, attentive and make the best espresso martini in town ! I highly recommend it. One...More

Ryan found us a table on the patio quickly and turned out to be our wonderful server. She was knowledgable, funny and very professional. Must try the crab cakes! The rib eye, mussels and lava cake were all phenomenal. Wish I could go back again...More

Thoroughly enjoyed our dinner on the outside balcony. Jimmy's is not cutting any culinary trails but the food is excellent. The drink list alone is worth the visit. We had the Ahi tartare, caeser salad, lamb loin and crab cakes. All executed about as good...More

Enjoyed a birthday dinner here with wife. Steaks were great, wine sommelier very helpful selecting complimenting wine. We arrived extra early so to enjoy some of their bourbons. Wife had a Pappy's 12 and me a Blanton's. Not too many restaurants have either of these...More

Book a table outside! The views with the setting sun are just gorgeous. You can see the Smuggler Mountain Road, and the back-drop mountain to Aspen. The food is well designed and authentic. We started with Prosecco, and the Tuna Tartare for me and Halibut...More

A visit to Aspen would not be complete without going to Jimmys. We always sit in the bar area and order from the bar menu. Very lively. Good people watching. This place makes a mean Margarita (with or without salt).

Since 1997, Jimmy's has been Aspen's neighborhood restaurant and bar, the kind of comfortable restaurant where you can dine again and again. Ask any local, and you will hear that Jimmy's is an "Aspen Institution." The menu has something for everyone, from the fresh-squeezed margaritas and the "locally-priced" bar menu to the famous crab cakes, USDA prime steaks, and fresh fish. "The menu is designed to feature the finest in American cuisine without being pretentious, served in an energetic atmosphere," says proprietor (and local) Jimmy Yeager. The energy at Jimmy's is what really draws a crowd; the bar is nearly always jam-packed and the dining room lively with activity and a mix of interesting people. The welcoming staff provide the best in top-notch hospitality. Jimmy's is "home" for a large community of locals and tourists alike.
