A beautiful restaurant for breakfast and lunch, but not open for diner during off ski season. Delicious food in a beautiful setting preserved ageless beauty from the inception of the restaurant and bar.

We stumbled upon this delightful garden restaurant while walking about and made a reservation for lunch later that same day. The weather was perfect and the floral/plantings were the perfect frame for a delightful menu. Discreet service with advice on select dishes was appreciated and as is our custom, a bottle of something white from Alsace was enjoyed! We shared... More

Service, food and atmosphere... Check. We looked on TA and selected Prospect due to reviews. When we arrived we was somewhat concerned about dress code but we where welcomed and seated promptly. I forgot my glasses and was about to borrow my husband's when our waitress offered a pair the resturant has on hand for customers.. Excellent. We ordered the... More

We had read about the J-bar and thought that's where we were going, but once we sat down we realized that we were at the Prospect which is also located in the Jerome Hotel. Well, we loved everything about evening here! We ate outside and between the night air, the delicious food, tasty wine, and excellent service, it is our... More

Great location and lovely atmosphere - a bit snobbish clientele but the staff handled everything perfectly. Tables were a bit crowed, food and wine overpriced but you're in Aspen! Nice experience but won't return. There are other nice locations in the area.

We ate in the dining room because the patio wait was quite long for this Sunday visit to Aspen. Very nice ambiance inside sitting in our cozy wingback chairs....so much so that friends and I lingered for two+ hours for brunch. I had the Pho (soup with chicken, cilantro, etc.), another in our group had the burger and fries, and... More

Had lunch for the first time at Prospect and was overly impressed with the entire experience. The dining room has an elegant ambiance - great leather wingback chairs. The menu and wine list are very extensive and affordable. The fish and chips was to die for. The Aubert Chardonnay was very affordable. Service was extremely timely and seamless. Having eaten... This is my second review of Prospect and the beautiful Hotel Jerome, but I find it inevitable because it keeps coming back to my thoughts. Really want to return. Incredible food. Unbelievable burger. The fresh fruit drinks were just what we were looking for. A clear shout out and thank you to Leslie who welcomed us and made us feel... More

Aspen is a small funny town filled with people with too much money and not enough vegetarian restaurants/food. My husband and I do not ski (funny being from New England) but there you have it. We decided to spend the day walking around to see the sights (museums, shops and a few coffee shops and restaurants) to get a feel... More
