This is my family's favorite place for Pho in the Denver area. We're not Pho connoisseurs, but out of about 4 places in Denver we tried over the years, this was the best. The atmosphere is definitely casual and the interior's nothing fancy. But if what you want is good Pho at a decent price (nice to eat good food... More

There are so many Pho restaurants in the Denver area and this one is only average. Boring interior decor, average tasting food and service now and then. There is nothing about this restaurant that makes me want to return.

The broth is so yummy.... The service is great and everyone is so attentive. I love this place! Order #7. Their spring rolls are good to but you must come fore the pho.

Every Pho has it's own personality. This is probably my favorite Pho in the City. They really jam people in here, but the food is great. Very healthy, always lots of greens. Service is always prompt and courteous.

I have been going to Pho 79 since the later 1990s and it consistently has the best flavor and value of any of the Denver metro area's multitude of Pho joints. The broth is always excellent, not too salty or sweet, plenty of star anise. The rau, or vegetable condiments, are always plentiful and they cheerfully bring more lime or... More

I withheld judgement before eating at this place more than once. The first time I thought the service was okay and the food was okay, but it just didn't taste fresh. The second time, I thought the spring rolls tasted like cigarette ashes (I'm not even sure how this is possible) and they brought out my combination bowel despite not... More

Good rice and noodle dishes as well as classic Pho. Friendly staff. Casual atmosphere. We enjoyed a meal for seven here and were able to linger over conversation.

Beef was edged in terrible layer of gristle, that caused us to spit out about every other helping. Dirty entry way with rug folded back upon itself created hazard, which I tried to fix while exiting. Don't know why this place is so busy?? Maybe many favor cheap price over quality food...not me.

Pho 79 is our neighborhood staple pho place. Their pho broth is just delicious and so are their vietnamese egg rolls. Service is usually fast and friendly and while the restaurant is showing it's age decor wise, it's always packed to the gills with happy patrons. For the price and it's location near my home it's a sure bet. We're... More

This is an unappealing space; dark, dank and dirty. But even that would even be ok if the food was good. Among other things, we ordered veggie egg rolls that were clearly frozen and processed. Not fresh and certainly not made there. Tasteless, soggy and greasy. The seafood pho was primarily not fresh fish and completely average. And, the spring... More
