We all really enjoyed our food. The service was great, even though the restaurant was very, very busy!

Nice for a small group, ladies night out or for an intimate date night as well with the decor and low / dim lighting. I've gone alone and sat at the bar as well on previous visits and have felt totally comfortable eating at the bar. The manager is a little off putting though....got a bad vibe but the chef... More
Almost accidentally came across Bite when I was in the area at lunchtime. The bar area was full and we were led into the dining room. The ambiance almost knocked me off my feet. The place is knock-out sophisticated beauty with a little funk tossed in by way of those red and black chandeliers! Somehow it all works, and my... More
We seemed to have forgotten just how wonderful the food is at Bite. Our recent visit on a Saturday evening was a tremendous dining experience. From the Heinz Eiffel Riesling (grapefruit tone with a smooth finish) to the local Creature Comforts IPA to the perfect Atlantic Salmon, the evening was a pleasant break from the busy rush. Our server was... More
I went for lunch. I arrived about 11:30. By 12:15, there place was full. The menu has a number of unusual items. The service was very good. The manager stopped by to check on our food. The food was very good. The prices were high for lunch. The quality of the food was in line with the prices. It is... More
A friend and I stopped in for lunch and were nicely surprised at how good the food was. We had the spicy pork tacos with truffle fries and the salmon BLT with the orzo salad. The tacos were wonderfull, the pork was seasoned extremely nicely. The fries were great. The orzo salad was quite tasty. But the salmon BLT........Oh My!!... More
Recently read some good reviews about out-of-the world lobster rolls in this joint. So we went. We entered the premises about 5 mins before 9 pm. The hostess looked her watch and led us to our table. [mind you - the hours are 5 pm- till...] The tables were nicely spaced. Could see the bar in the background. We ordered... More
Bite is a better than average neighborhood restaurant. The wine list is OK+, the food selection is better than good, the preparation is better than good, the service is fine, and the prices are reasonable. If you want something close to home that will provide a good, interesting meal for a reasonable price Bite is certainly an option.
We have been Fans of Bite for five years now - first dining there during their se one week in business. They have now tripled their space with their second expansion. This week we ate at Bite at my wife's request. It was her choice for her birthday. My Short Rib Torchetti was incredible - rich, flavorful, filling. Birthday girl... More
Well, we were here several weeks ago and it was great---so great, we decided to return with friends who love to eat out...well, needless to say this visit was most disappointing. Ceasar salad was served with tomatoes in a bowl vs a plate, the peach/bleu salad, also served in a bowl, was good, but the peaches were cut very thin.... More
