Okay, this place is in a weird location. And by weird, I mean sketchy. As in there's a sign warning you of the stray dogs just outside the restaurant. Also, as you walk up the rickety stairs leading to this second story restaurant, you're not entirely sure that they're going to hold up under your body weight. That said, I've... More

It's off the beaten track, we eventually had to ask for directions which led us down some dark streets and alleys until we finally came upon the stairs leading up to the deck that is the Little Kitchen. We enjoyed our dinner of Conch Fritters, Coconut Snapper fillet and Garlic Shrimp served with rice and vegetables. The servers were friendly... More

What a delightful find! This 'roof top' hidden gem is well off of the main drag on Caye Caulker but we were wanting to eat and watch the beautiful SunSet simultaneously and stumbled upon a gorgeously hand painted sign that said exactly that! So we pressed on and after weaving our way down thru an alley and around a corner,... More

Is a tiny spot, behind houses, you can see an spectacular sunset... a lot of mosquitoes but they provide you with repellent, the drinks are good, the food excellent. good size portions.

Real Island Food... Mom's in the back. Try anything on the menu ( we did)....But don't miss the conch fritters. And of course Belize is famous for the Lobster. In a real dusty and dirty neighborhood... If the wind is not blowing bring your bug spray. Nice sunsets, good food and great prices!

This was the first place we ate on Caye Caulker. The location is super sketchy as it's at the back of the island and looks like you're walking into someone's backyard. Keep walking and go up to the deck where there's a lovely ocean view. We had the whole restaurant to ourselves and everything was made fresh to order. The... More

There's no question that if you walk through the back alleyway that leads to this restaurant, you'll turn around and walk the other way. You'll get whiffs of a foul fishy stench. Broken planks of wood liter the grounds leading to The Little Kitchen. A large weathered purple loveseat sits abandoned under a palm tree right next to the stairs... More

Agree with what some other reviewer's have said, the conch fritters are unbelievable. It's a little sketchy getting there, but once you've made it, it's wonderful. Nice rooftop beautiful breeze the staff was incredibly friendly. Definitely a place to go multiple times if you are on the island for more than a few days.

This was our first meal on the island. Although the island is small, this is definitely off the beaten path away from the "night life". Walk upstairs to helpful, welcoming service. We had a curry lobster dish and also something with shrimp. Both were very tasty and fresh. I would definitely recommend the little kitchen!
