Without fail, this is the most authentic & tasty food in San Ignacio. Although a simple establishment, this place is a must eat at for any traveler in this part of Belize. Tables were spaced out, masks were worn and everything felt safe & clean.
Cenaida's Belizean Foods is a wonderful local restaurant...popular with locals and travelers. A nice menu with a full range of lunch or dinner options. I was lucky to be there during the start of Lobster season. Treated myself twice...Lobster prepared boiled and stuffed. Delicious. Other...favorites are coconut shrimp, whole fish, hamburger with french fries, and, of course, all the typical Belizean dishes. Wonderful staff...wonderful food.More
Stopped by Cenaida’s for dinner - delicious food, clean place, great prices, all around excellent experience. Highly recommend the Coconut chicken, one of my favorite dishes in Belize thus far. The pineapple smoothie was also delicious.
The cilantro fish meal was EXCELLENT! It is the BEST FISH I have ever eaten! The decor is bright, cheerful and tasteful. The baked potato was prepared perfectly, as was the fish and salad. We had nachos appetizer and that, too, was delicious, with freshly...chopped veggies. They accept credit cards, which is another benefit. The service is outstanding and I would absolutely recommend this restaurant!More

Wonderful meal great service. We split shrimp ceviche which was quit good. My wife had stewed chicken excellent and I had coconut fish. The fish was sea bass. Wonderful flavors. Highly recommend this place
I had shrimp ceviche, which was very good and wholesome tasting. Husband can’t remember what he had, which I guess says something about the food. Nothing fancy, but good, fresh food. And tasty. Simple decor and seating.
I had a great meal Cenaida's, the owner is super friendly and even brought over some home made hot sauce! Careful it's really hot!
I had creole fish with rice and a garden salad, and it was excellent!
Highly recommend trying them out if you're...in San Ignacio!More
