Blackbeard's Restaurant & Bar is located at The Royale Resort at Cerros Sands. This Beachfront facility features Waterfront Dining as well as indoor and rooftop dining. Diverse Menu with International, Belizean, Mexican, Italian and Chinese options. Docking Available. Available for Private Events, both large and small. Open Wednesdays through Sundays. In addition to our extensive menu, Brunch is served on Sundays.

My husband and I live in Corozal and frequently visit Blackbeard's by boat. Most of the time we take friends that are visiting from out of town. It is a very relaxing atmosphere and there is a great variety of menu choices. In all of our visits we have tried different menu items and have been very pleased with our food. The staff are very friendly and very helpful in answering menu questions and making recommendations.

I visited from North Carolina for a long weekend and had a great time.
The food was amazing. Whether it was omelets, surf and turf burgers, or garlic shrimp; it was all prepared fresh and tasted amazing.
The view was incredible at both day and night. You have the water, sand, and palm trees near you with a gentle breeze all day. Then at night the stars come out. There's less light pollution there compared to what I'm used to.
The staff was friendly and responsive. Javier, Rose, and Laura were always nearby with a drink. Lenny & Chris the owners were fantastic as well.
The room was clean, had two beds, a shower with hot/cold water, and a fan in case you needed it. The view I woke up to was picturesque. It was orange sunlight coming over the horizon behind the water and palm trees.
I visited for a disc golf tournament. There is a course on site and hole one is unlike anything I've ever seen. It's a beautiful shot over the water with the breeze challenging your throw.
All in all, the long weekend was exactly what I needed to get away for a few days, eat some amazing foot, meet some friendly people, play some disc golf, and have some fun at night at the bar.

Great food with a spectacular view and friendly people. Today we had the blackened burgers and a few cold beers. Burgers were loaded with caramelized onions and cheese. Fries crispy and delicious. We've never had a bad bite here! Chicken Parmesan sandwich is excellent also.
We will be back often.

Even if the ferry is down, this was a great day trip from Corozal. Several places in Cerros to check out, including this one!
Beautiful views, volleyball, darts, 2 pool tables, the water and a fantastic bar & restaurant.
The food was incredible, I'm not kidding, had the best shrimp quesadillas in my life! We also shared delish pico de Gallo or salsa, I always forget which is which with chips and my husband was happy with husband grilled chicken sandwich. We spent a half day here. The bartender needed internet to make any over drinks over 2 ingredients and I was shocked she did not know how to make a panty ripper, the national drink of Belize.
We will return when the ferry is up, those dirt roads, iyiyi!

There are almost no words to describe how much I love to eat at this restaurant. I don't think there is anything on the menu that I don't like. I particularly LOVE the Chinese food, (I know, right?), the shrimp dishes, ANY of them, and then there is the yummy Italian food...I hope to eat here frequently!

After hiking in the Cerros Mayan Ruins, we followed signs to Blackbeard's. We found a lovely restaurant with amazing views. There was seating inside or out, with a nice ocean breeze. The owner and staff were all very friendly, giving us tips on other places to check out in the area. The menu had lots of great options. We chose the shrimp ceviche which was delicious. Visit this hidden gem, you won't be disappointed. Highly recommended.

I was taken to Black Beards by my friends while staying in Belize. The place was an absolute paradise. The homes on the property, the feel of the property, the beauty surrounding the property was like wking into a postcard. I met the owner who was an incredible host. He showed us a great time and treated me like family. He was also very funny. Anyway, if you come to Belize, find your way to Black Beards. It's amazing.

This restaurant and bar is a little off the beaten path but well worth the effort to get there. They have a really diverse menu and everything I have tried was very good. Friendly staff and Mark the owner is quite the character! Full bar, great food, what more could you want?

Had the pleasure of staying in their resort twice in the last month .Their service and food is great. Rooms are 150.00 per night BZ. If you are looking for a nice place to relax and chill out it can't be beat! Awesome menu great prices

Best shrimp quesadilla’s I ever had! The views were spectacular and Lenny and his son were entertaining and so inviting. Would love to go back and spend more time there! The ferry ride to get there was half the fun. Be sure to say hello to Capt Jack! He’ll invite you to help crank the boat. Great day! Love the people of Belize!

Went for 2 nights with a group of friends. So much fun. Chris, thanks for setting up the Karaoke and making our stay so much more fun. The staff is so friendly, food is very good, rooms clean and perfect for our stay. Will definitely continue to make Blackbeards our little get away 🥰

Stopped in after visiting the local Mayan Temple and where I met Mark (the owner). Returned the following day for some great food and a dart tournament! Wonderful time after the tournament listening to music and enjoying time with friends!
