Closed and looks abandoned. Weathered boards..... the volleyball net is still up though and the beach is littered... too bad this place could use a beach club close by

Right on the main road between Maya Beach and Placencia, this is an open air bar with a great vibe. They run specials and offer happy hours.

There were few people here when we arrived on a Sunday afternoon. We actually had lunch and drinks here twice. The tacos were good. The value of the Sunday afternoon barbecue was o.k. Really liked the pickled cabbage as a side dish.

Great Mexican/Carribean food, nice beach vibe. Fun and friendly. great "Dark and Stormy" cocktail. Cigar Friendly. Worth a visit and is on the way to and from most places on the peninsula. We enjoyed the elote, black bean dip, burritos and tacos.
