Charming little place with utterly good Thai food. We had duck fried rice which was perfect; and duck pad thai, which I enjoyed but it was too sweet. When I ask for it again, it will be as an entree divided among three or four, followed by something completely different. For dessert we had banana cones, which were delicious, specially... More

Since this restaurant was near our hotel, we visited twice. For our first dinner we had the yellow curry and the Panang curry since they were out of Pad Thai. They were both served with white rice. My yellow curry had a good flavor, but with a little too much cumin. I would have preferred a more balanced profile. The... More

Have been desperately searching for Thai food here, and decided to give this a try based on previous reviews. Space itself is great with indoor and outdoor seating. Staff were attentive, helpful, spoke English and didn't mock our pathetic attempts at Spanish. Tom Kha soup was good, nice flavors, right amount of heat, but contained grated something (ginger) that was... More

Khawpkhunkha is one of my favorite restaurants in Guate City. Tucked away in a sleepy corner of zone 10, this is a perfect spot to spend a fun evening. The atmosphere is great: an indoor space with bar, an outdoor terrace just perfect for cocktails and a young and beautiful staff setting the vibe. Still, the food is the star... More

Gong into the restaurant gives you an impression of entering a place that is environment conscious. The edamames with the special sauce are great, as well as the thad-pai. Desserts are quite good and the attention you get is excellent

The butter chicken was to die for! We also had the pomelo salad. The presentation was impeccable and the flavor even better. Congrats!

I've been a customer of this place for years, and they just keep getting better. Their prices are not only a bargain considering the quality of the food and drinks, but the environment is always delightful, and accompanied by the friendliest service every time. Great for an intimate get-together with friends, a nice date or a solo dinner. Take-out also... More

Comfortable and easygoing place for Thai-Food. I would not say "authentic" but in it's guatemalan interpretation, but rather nice anyway. Perfect for an early lunch. Never have been there for dinner yet.

Nice stylish restaurant in a plush neighborhood. The menu has enough variety for everyone without being complicated. The dishes are served with fresh ingredients and unique flavors. The green papaya salad was delicious and a nice starter. It is surprising that very few people in Guatemala know how to make this salad using very common ingredients. The Tom Kha Kai... More
