The food was good- just too expensive for my budget. Dishes are between 225 (vegetarian)-250L (with meat). There was no prices on the menu and I assumed it was cheap since it had just one $ from TripAdvisor- they need to change it to $$-$$$. I paid $14 for my vegetarian dish and a ginger drink. It was good and... More

Such amazing food! You really only need to order one plate between two people! Such big servings! You also need to show up fairly early or get a reservation because it's always busy! I enjoyed all of the food we had! Will go back for sure!

I understand that Foo King Wok is not open every night, but I did stop by two times on nights they were supposed to be open and both times they were closed. It would be great if they could update their signage to reflect actual opening hours.

Ate at Foo King Wok the last day we were on the island. It's not open every day. Food was delicious and the plates are huge. Great prices. It's tucked behind/beside Tranquila Bar and Parrots Dive Shop.

I really didn't expect this restaurant to have good food. Turns out it's amazing! It's one place you can find Thai curry on Utila. (You know you'll be craving curry after a few weeks). My favorite entree was their sesame chicken. It's open Monday, Wednesday, and Friday for dinner only. The restaurant is clearly marked if it's light out. If... More

This place is only open Monday, Wednesday and Friday evenings. I was pleasantly surprised at the great quality of the food served. The shrimp skewer appetizer was delicious and we could have shared one main as they are generous in size. Instead, we ordered Green Thai crispy pork as well as Cashew Chicken and had enough leftover for lunch the... More

Pros: excellent food! Cons: very expensive - inevitable with success but a shame because once tax, tips and whichever other hidden charges are added it makes it a less good value option.

Only open 3 days a week - Monday and (I think) Wed. and Fri. Beware, as it is NOT located where shown on the map. It's nearer to the center of town, and just behind Parrot Dive Center & in front of Tranquila Bar. We had the crispy-fried sesame pork and shared it, but ended up getting a second serving... More

Foo King is only open some days so check the board on the main street before planning on going. One thing to note is that the food is meant to be ordered "family style". We accidentally ordered way too much food as we thought that each dish was for individual consumption - would have been nice if the server gave... More

The portions here are huge! Share one dish or bring some home for lunch. It´s pricey but considering most people actually can share it´s not bad. Some dishes are great, some are not as good but overall definitely ok.
