This was just one of several restaurants on our "maybe" list but was the best place we eat at over an 8 day period! We were a group of 9 and between us, we had 7 different dishes. Each one outstanding. The onkly negative was that service was slow......but the meals were worth the wait.

As a missionary in Honduras when I visit Copan Ruinas, this is a must visit place. It has been around for over thirty years. Perfect for large groups. Amazing family and staff. All food choices have great flavors. This is a must visit place.

I don't know about the people who've complained about bad service. Our party of 8 was seated right away. Our waitress patiently explained what came with the various dishes. She let us make up our own mixed juice drinks. She brought us extra plates so we could share. The food is great. I had probably the best guacamole I've ever... More

It's hard to review a restaurant positively when you don't get to try the food. My husband and I went to try their basic soup for dinner and we're told that they were closing, even though they were busy and about 3/4 full. Then the manager followed us outside to tell us there was no room for us anyway -... More

We went to this restaurant on a night that it was not crowded and the service was very good. The waiter was helpful in telling us about the different menu options and the food came quickly. We had a large plate that included 3 types of meat and other sides. The food was delicious and freshly prepared. It was a... More

We enjoyed an excellent nachos and guacamole first course, followed by a tasteful chicken borrito and Salvavida beer from Honduras. You can copy out order blindly and won't regret so. This restaurant, in business einde 1975, knows how to prepare an excellent meal for a decent price!

I went last week to Copan Ruinas with my family, we were three adults and four children. I frequent Copan Ruins so I know my way around the good restaurants in town. BUT last week I went with my father, he had not been in Copan Ruinas for over 9 years so he wanted to visit his old dining place.... More

We went here on recommendation by our hotel. It was 3pm and we were the only table in this huge, brightly coloured restaurant. At least they were serving! The menu is in Spanish. I can't remember what I ordered but it turned out as pureed beans with melted cheese (mixed) over heat clay pot with fried tortillas. It was very... More

A friendly, reasonably priced restaurant serving good quality food. Plenty to choose from but practically interesting for the local cuisine.
