I had an iced coffee and the fruit plater for breakfast. It was delish! They have a lovely garden to sit in. The service is slow so don't come here if you need to have a speedy drink / bite to eat but otherwise, fantastic.

Over 2 weeks in Honduras, we've had some decent cappuccino, and some with great barista displays, but in terms of flavor - the cappuccino at this lovely garden cafe was unquestionably the best.

This was our first stop the evening we arrived in Copan Ruinas. Katia, the owner/operator, was our delightful hostess who treated us to a delicious meal. After dinner she joined us and shared her passion for all things coffee. I learned a lot about the coffee growing, harvesting, and roasting processes in just a few minutes with Katia. We were... We are traveling the Americas by motorcycle and stopped in for a coffee. What a treat! The chocolate muffin drizzled in chocolate, the rich, dark roasted coffee and the small, romantic tables in the garden were perfect for the afternoon.

Very quiet and nice cafe garden restaurant down the road from the main square in town. I had the banana waffle with chocolate. Excellent food and coffee!

Quaint restaurant tucked away sharing wonderful food and coffee. Don't miss this gem when in Copan. Katia's hospitality is so warm & inviting. She even showed us the coffee roasting area and explained the process to us. Interesting! This was our first meal in Copan and set the bar HIGH for the remainder of the trip. The tortilla soup was... We travelled for 4 months through all the countries in Central America and the best coffee we had in all the trip was at Cafe Ixchel in Copan Ruinas. We also found the owners and staff friendly and happy to 'talk coffee' as they grow the coffee beans on their own finca.
