We ate lunch and dinner several times here and ordered drinks from the bar. Prompt, courteous service, consistently good food, generous portions, friendly staff, and great place to watch a sunset!

Ziggy is the best. He makes the best drinks and everyone loves him. Makes the trip more fun when the bartenders enjoy their job.

Now we went for some food and to chillout, we ordered a famous chuletas with a sauce form the house; unfortunately we all ordered the same thing, when they came they were super salty porkchops with a massively salty... I dont know what is going on in La Ceiba but in 3 rest that I visited food was awfuly salty. The food was always good here, but the service was a bit slow. It was a great place to sit and enjoy the view while eating!

We ate few meals at Palapa while staying at Infinity Bay. The food was consistently good and the waitstaff and bartenders were excellent!

I stay at Halfmoon Resort when I visit Roatan and frequent the restaurant often, I love the staff! The breakfasts are great and I love their coconut shrimp. The view by the water is heavenly and Jenny makes the best Monkey LaLa, the guys try hard, but so far she has my vote for #1.

We had dinner and lunch here just for the Seabass. They cooked it perfectly and it was seasoned just right. The vegetables could have been cooked a little more, but it was the fish bringing me back anyway. The staff works hard to make you feel comfortable, but they are slow to give you a check and settle the bill.... More
