We went to the Austell location on the East West connector. There was a long wait So we sat at the bar. We figured it must be really good to have a 1 hour wait at 6:00pm which is early. The crab stuffed mushroom appetizer looked less appetizing & absolutely nothing like what was shown on the photo with the... More

My husband and I hadn't been to a Red Lobster in several years, and decided to give it another try. The hostess was on a personal call and snapping gum when we entered the door. Our server was very friendly; however there were a few missed opportunities in service. We had to ask about our drink order and our server... More

Their fried and broiled flounder was real good. Baked potatoes and mashed potatoes delicious. Salads were very good. Biscuits were very delicious. However, service was terrible. Extra long wait for main course to be brought to table. Server was not attentive as needed. Come prepared for a long wait for food. Other table in same area were having this problem... More

We had the best service ever by Taisha P who was our server. She is three weeks into her job and is phenomenal ! Had the grilled shrimp tacos which were excellent and the garlic shrimp.

I could go to Red Lobster and eat just the biscuits, salad and sweet tea and be happy! Love the sweet chili shrimp!!! Baked potatoes are perfect without salt added!

Went with friends for my birthday, everyone's food was delicious. Most had not been to Red Lobster in years, not since the makeover, and everyone was pleasantly surprised. Had a variety of food, crab, salmon, shrimp, mussels, all delicious. Had table in bar area, service was just ok. Went back for lunch a week later, service was great, but was... More

This particular Red Lobster has by far the best service of any of them. From the hostesses to the servers, they all go above and beyond. The food is always hot when it comes to the table. They keep the glasses and the the cheese biscuit baskets full. I give this location an A+

My wife had the fried flounder with a salad and mashed potatoes and I had the broiled flounder with a salad and a baked potato. My wife's mashed potatoes were not as good as usual. Biscuits were good as usual. Service was excellent.

I simply cannot resist their monthly specials so appealingly advertised on TV. My wife and I go at least once a month. Both the food and the service live up to expectations.

A warm welcome as you come in. Seated promptly. Server pleasant and fast. Ordered clam chowder, lit was lukewarm. Main course the lobster feast. Little seafood but a whole lot of pasta. Not at all impressed. TV ads are very misleading. Nothing looks like what you see on tv.

Thank Franco C
