I visited the restaurant in March 2014. The place isn't very easy to find. I only found it through GPS on my phone. But I'm glad I made the effort. The upstairs area of the restaurant is all open with comfy seating and views over the medina. I had the haria which is a local soup made with tomatoes and... More

This is an enjoyable "traditional" Moroccan restaurant for the tourist trade, so don't expect locals to eat here. The menu is a little expensive yet we had good food with good friendly service and traditional live Berber music too. A February evening was too cold to sit on the roof terrace but it looked good and comfortable.

Lovely cafe with funky decor and a lovely shaded terrace. Reasonable prices and good service. A great place for some respite from the mayhem of the souks

Nice restaurant, which is a little difficult to find but worth making the effort. Meals are all reasonably priced and very tasty. Try the Tagine of beef, or the beef with tomatoes and spices, The set meal is also good value at only 110Dhm (about £9) Traditional live music available in the evening

This restaurant is tucked away in the Souks, but worth searching for! They have 2 set menus available, we went for the 180DH one which included starter, main (any from menu), dessert & mint tea/coffee. This was great value, the Meze starter was delicious, and the chicken Tagine was the best i've tasted. An earlier review mentioned they had wine,... More

We had the 180DH menu, a lot of food for the two of us and so worth the money! You couldn't get the same in the UK for the same amount. Friendly service, amazing food and very relaxed atmosphere. We enjoyed a lot! Worth a visit.

Nice place with terrace but even nicer inside if you like Moroccan musicians. Food was good and the cocktails were large and tasty. Helpful friendly service.

We stumbled across the Souk Kafe completely by accident - but i think that is generally the way in Marrakesh, if you set your heart on one place you will probably never find it in the maze of tiny streets. We had lunch here on the roof terrace and it was very pleasant. A lovely tasty Tanjier and a sharing... More

Roof top cafe with little pastries. In the midst of the souk you can look down on the hagglers, sunbathe and hook up to wifi if you want.

We ate here twice during our stay in Marrakech. The service was very welcoming and we were quickly seated both times and given menus. We asked whether it would be okay to bring our own wine and we were told it would be fine, glasses and a corkscrew were brought and the wine was opened for us. During our two... More
