this was not my first time trying a greek food. i was impressed with the restaurant. the meat was cooked to perfection. the seasoning was enough so you can taste the meat and the vegetables. they have a good menue meaning going their to try different types of food is not out of the question.

It's a Greek restaurant now, the decor is really nice, the blue color gave it a nice, welcoming touch. The food is not at its best yet, a bit too salty for some dishes, a lit too much lettuce instead of the actual dish etc, but it's been only few days after the opening so we will give it a... More

All the rating you'll see were done when the owner was a certain Malik Meziane which is one of the best PR's of the city. Since then the place has just drawn so bad ! We went there in late june with my wife thinking that the new owners would have given it a new breath, but oh gosh how... More

I'd say "very good" as I'm used to eat at a gourmet restaurant all around the world, but for Marrakech standard I'd say EXCELLENT. excellent fish and excellent rice for appetizer. Good salmon, good sea scallops. maybe they could have been cooked a little better. desserts ok. I'm sure they can do even more.... !!! We'll eat there again if... More

One of the other reviewers said they thought Jo's the best restaurant in Marrakech and I'm inclined to agree, with one slight caveat. My wife and I were highly impressed with three restaurants in Marrakech: Jo's, Gastro MK and the restaurant at our wonderful hotel, Dar Ayniwen (see separate review) but comparing them is a bit like deciding whether the... We went here on our last night fancying something different to Tagines and Moroccan food. Unfortunately it was a Monday night so there was only one other couple in the restaurant. The food and service however was superb. The wine was excellent. Pricey compared to Moroccan restaurants but cheap when compared to similar restaurant and food in the UK.

Once you step in, the english (very victorian decor) gives you a great feeling of being somewhere else than Marrakech. The staff is very attentive and the service is very professional. I went their with friends to celebrate my promotion and was not disappointed. food is very delicious and tasty !

For once, my high expectations were exceeded. This really is a VERY good restaurant by any standards and the food is excellent......certainly the best I have had in 18 years dining in Marrakech. The menu is quite small though the entrees are very imaginative (brouillard with morilles and another with foie gras). I chose the excellent creme brulee of foie... More
