Went here for breakfast this morning. Was told we couldn't get a panini as it was breakfast menu. Ordered some crepes instead. And waited.. 15 minutes later the waiter came out to inform us that they could not serve us any crepes as there was none left. Asked if we could get tagine. And was told that was lunch menu... More

Its a small family run restaurant in the centre of old Merrakech in Jamaa El Fna square. There are 100s of restaurants in this area serving pretty much same menu. This restaurant has very reasonable prices and good food. Service was quick as well. During my stay of 5 days in a nearby hotel, I visited this place about 4... More

Chose to eat here as the food was reasonably priced (not the cheapest, but not expensive either) and the waiter did not hassle me on the street, like some other places nearby. Ate the mixed grill (60Dh) and a can of Mirinda (12Dh). The large portion of food was served quickly and was delicious. No complaints about the quality or... More

This little place provided us with a regular stop during our stay, was great to sit in the sun and enjoy the sights of the main square. The food is very tasty and arrives quickly with a smile, We really enjoyed this spot for a but of lunch and watching the world go by

We stopped here after reading a few reviews and we were not disappointed. The waiter was very helpful and spoke pretty good English. Not looking for a big meal, we had a panini and a chicken wrap. The chicken was freshly cooked and flavoured like a tikka. As mentioned in other reviews the fries were really good. Not quite enough... More

We stopped here for a lunch when at the main square in the Medina. We only wanted something simple and this was perfect. The food was tasty and not expensive. We sat outside and had a great view of all the comings and goings of the square. Great place for nice eats and people watching!

We were hugely disappointed by the Cafe de France a couple of days ago so tried Yami for lunch yesterday. It's to the right across the street from Cafe de France, on the corner of the square. In a city where caution is the way to go with food on a first visit, it looked clean and attractive and it... More

We were after something simple and not overly western. This looked ok and appeared to have a large amount of locals eating inside ( which is always a good sign). We sat outside and watched the world go by and ate some traditional food with a modern twist, location was great and the staff were attentive and food was quick... More

The food was excellent. Portion size were excellent compared to other places and good value. Smoothies are highly recommended.

A clean and cheap place to eat, good to sit back and people-watch from the edge of the Jmaa-El-Fnaa. The juices and ice creams are very good and the food is nice, a mix of western and Moroccan food which works well if you've had too many tagines and want some fries.

Thank Dave P
