Not only was the food excellent, but we were also entertained by a talented dancer, who insisted we dance along with her, but we're too shy..! We enjoyed the 'Degustation'

Sure. We knew Le Marrakchi was a very touristic restaurant, living of it's proximity to Jeema el-Fna combined with an alcohol licence. Despite fairly low expectations we were disappointed. The restaurant floor is very dark and muggy. We were filling one large table, and only one other table had guests wen we were there. The food was totally un-impressive, and... More

Le Marrakchi offers traditional Moroccan food in a very festive atmosphere, complete with music and belly dancers. Patrons--including my wife and I--were pulled into the celebration and danced or gyrated with the professional dancers. I enjoyed a lamb tagine, while my wife once again opted for a veggie tajine. The Moroccan red wine was surprisingly good, as were the crepes... More

Yes, it includes the typical touristy dancing, etc. but the food that we had was actually quite tasty and we were able to have drinks with our meal. Bill was quite reasonable given what we had for a large group. Order the mixed salad/vegetables plate and their tangines.

We went here because we were tired of looking for the restaurant we'd seen in a review! We sat upstairs in the terraced room and enjoyed a large selection of vegetarian salads and a glass of wine (why we chose here!). The service was good and the place was full and lively. We were entertained by some belly dancers which... More

Such a great find on our first night in Marrakech. The staff were fantastic and the food was excellent. A menu with plenty of choice and something to suit all palettes. They serve alcohol here too, wine, beer, spirits etc. Fantastic views over the market square and the decor is wonderfully Moroccan. They have life Moroccan music (a small group... More

Nice touristic place in good location, with very nice view other the main Square. The food was very average. Nice atmosphere with belly and chandelier dances and Moroccan music. Service a bit slow, but that's understandable, cause the place gets very busy. The rare place where you can find an alcohol.

Had our last meal here on our Marrakech stay. Nice being right amongst the hustle and bustle. Not fine dining but pleasant enough with beer and sheesha to follow.

Amazing location and romantic atmosphere. The food is fantastic and the service is really good. It's really busy so perhaps book a table in advance so you can get a seat by the window to enjoy the view.

We were a group of 8 ladies celebrating a 50th birthday. Adil our waiter looked after us so well and was just lovely. We had a mix of cocktails to start, followed by wine with a band playing local music next to us. The roof top position to take in the atmosphere in the square was wonderful with a lovely... More
