Went here for lunch the other day after hearing and reading good things about it. Believe it or not, the food took almost an hour to come and there was only three tables occupied in the restaurant (including ours...). This, however, was the only letdown and the food we got was very nice tasting. Nothing extraordinary as far as presentation... More

A local colleague took us here. Modest outdoor seating area but our large group enjoyed the evening outdoors. Good dish dishes. Vegetable side dishes. Beer. Wine. Pleasant staff. Very reasonably priced. Nice to get awY from hotel dining. Recommend it.

Food quality is always good here as is the service. Pity that the outside area overlooks a congested car park (city authorities could help by regulating traffic flow) but that is not the restaurant's fault. Highly recommended. Best Greek salad in town.

Two gin and tonics, one excellent white wine and 500 mL Nile beer ( I am not a beer drinker but I liked it) plus two excellent chicken dishes for ~ $30 U.S. Nice outdoor eating with pleasant servers. Good value!

Dropped by the long-time Kisimenti restaurant for lunch with an old friend during my recent visit to Kampala. It was staffed by only a couple of people, but the waiter really managed to provide good service. We had cappuccinos and lunch. I had a Chicken and Bacon on baguette that really hit the spot. It was good to see that... More

One of the best restaurants in town. Great, friendly service & delicious food. I especially liked the mango juice. The atmosphere is inviting. Parking could be improved.

Great atmosphere, friendly staff and amazing steak... We were here to say goodbye to a friend and had a wonderful time. Outside it was raining but inside it was cosy and warm. The food was incredibly good, didn't have such a good steak in ages! A bit expensive but for one night it was definitely worth it!

The crocodile has become a consistent and regular lunch stop for me. The service is always excellent, though food prep occasionally slow. I normally get one of the delicious salads or sandwiches, my favorite being the crocodile delight. Conveniently located in corner of Kisimenti mall, also provides an attractive option for light dinner or cold beer. Along with the Bistro,... More
