A place to avoid due to the run down nature of the buildings, closed shops and lack of visitors/shoppers. Kampala needs good large malls; this unfortunately is not one of them. The management and owners need to spend some money doing the place up, lowering...More

When this place first opened it was one of the first in Kampala and it was a great place to come, however with the advent of other malls opening up all over the city and country, Garden City seems to have suffered the same fate...More

The food court seems to be abandoned and deserted. More affluent eateries have been set up around Garden City such as Cafe Javas thus rendering it redundant.

Average place. Good views of the golf course from this floor. Both service and food is fair. Did not like the waiters all coming at once with their menus trying to get you choose their food.

Don't eat here. Dull atmosphere and food is worse than Uganda average, which is very bad in general. Parking is silly and shops are the oddest assortment I've ever seen. I think the only shop of note is a woman's lingerie and bathing suit shop....More

All the others have closed their shop except one ethiopian food outlet which serves good food but completely deserted.

The food court is not really clean and the choices are more expensive than if one eats in a small place in town (like Masala Chaat or Cafe Javas). The scenery is nothing special and unless you are in a rush I would avoid.

one of the best places to eat in and drink as you get the view of the city at the top of the building
