I ordered delivery from this restaurant, my vegan hotpot was full of beef and no bread roll came with it, I complained about this to be told I was lying and the chef had cooked a vegetable one?!? Also the pizza we received was burnt...and cold and the barek which sounded delicious on the menu my partner couldn't eat as it tasted of plastic, dry meat, cold and no delicious creamy mushroom sauce!! Outrageous customer service to be told we are lying and they are unable to do anything to resolve the problem. Avoid!More
ordered a beef burger and found it to be really huge
justifying the price
this must be the place if you love beef
staff are very polite and efficient
service was excellent
even the owner sitting at another table in the corner
came up to...me to exchange greetings
We came here for lunch on a Sunday, place was nice and quiet. They also have a number of sofa seats for chilling with a book.
The food was fantastic; we tried the Oren burger and the pumpkin patties, would recommend both.

I came here twice during this trip. I love Nepalese style grill chicken and mint lemonade. The place is comfortable and good to have gathering with friends.
Staff is nice. Environment is good with music.
After reading the reviews on TripAdvisor I decided to try this restaurant. I went for dinner. The place was busy, but I was seated fairly quickly. The I waited, waited, and waited with no service. I summoned the staff three times and was told they...would be back in a minute. After having sat at my table for almost half an hour with no service, I gave up and left. Maybe I was just unlucky?More

Salad greens and fresh vegetables are generally soaked in clorine/iodine water to ensure safety. I do not have a problem in Kathmandu or Pokhara. However, I would be more careful when trekking and just eat cooked food.
