This is a very popular buffet vegetarian restaurant so make sure you make reservations. There is a huge variety of food - local delights, Chinese, Japanese, Italian etc... I really love the Japanese handrolls - had 5 of them. The herbal soups were superb, maybe due to the cold weather. You can keep on tasting a bit of everything and... More

More than 200 dishes, Asian, Western as well as Taiwanese dishes made with vegetables. This place is not just for vegetarians but also for every one who loves vegetables. Dishes taste like meats are not meat, Tofu or other veggies. Seeing is believing on food is a right expression about this restaurant. If you want alcohol, you have to stand... More

Being a meat eater, I had trepidations about having a dinner at a vegetarian restaurant... I needn't have worried, the food was so interesting and well presented and I couldn't resist trying most of the offering! The only reason I didn't try it all was that I was thoroughly stuffed and couldn't fit another fungus/mushroom in!

I was taken to this vegetarian buffet for my birthday and told that it was the best in Taipei. As a vegetarian, I was filled with anticipation. What a disappointment. The restaurant was very crowded and noisy at 7 p.m. on a Friday, which doesn't make for a pleasant dining experience. The layout of the place is confusing at best.... More

I'm not a big fan of buffets, as the quality is often affected by the sheer quantity of food. But at this vegetarian restaurant, it's a feast of flavors that makes you want to eschew meat altogether. Plus Haagen Dasz is part of the buffet!

A vegetarian dream come true.Still a great place to sample a vast array of Chinese and Western vegetarian dishes.Monday's are discount rates. The price has not changed for years. The new location is easy to get too with mrt.The dishes are tasty .They have a decent dessert section, including Hagen Daaz ice cream.Well worth the visit.

A big group of friends and I went to Jen Dow restaurant while we were in Taipei for a week. Overall, it's a pretty good vegetarian buffet with more options than I can possibly remember. The place itself is rather large. At some point it seems like a bit of a maze because you find a new room with all... More

Taken to this by vegetarian business colleague who is based in Taipei. Huge range of dishes arranged in a series of self service counters with cooks behind keeping up the stocks. Large but subdivided so that overall ambience is pleasant and not too noisy. Amazingly colourful displays and lots of glass jars like an apothecaries shop. Extremely efficient polite staff.... More

Huge vegetarian restaurants in Taipei. The food is good and original. Beware as the place also hosts weddings so it is best sometimes to call before.
