The food hear is too good compare to the price, and it was clean compare to street food. The tase is real Thai. The location not too difficult to find.

The Krua Apsorn close to Democracy Monument is a great choice as it is a bit more accustomed to English speaking guests. The food is great - highly recommend the Soup with Prawns (enough for two!), but everything we tasted was great. Skip the deserts...More

Treat yourself to an absolutely delicious lunch at Krua Apsorn. Three of us polished off two orders of crab with yellow curry, the crab omelet, chicken wings and coconut sorbet. Yum. Note this restaurant has 2 locations, we ate at Dinso Road.

Simple thai restaurant that was popular with the locals. We enjoyed the prawn tom yum and the pork with chinese broccoli. We saw lots of people eating the crab omelette and i wish i tried that dish as well!

Very good food and extremely popular with Thais in the know and busy all day long. Enjoyed the stir fried crab with chilli, green chicken curry and especially the minced pork stir fried with basil & chilli paste.

Our hotel suggested this place and told us it served the best food in Bangkok. . It is just a few meters around the corner from the Exhibition Hall on Thai Culture. The decor is akin to a cafeteria. Service is swift. There are few vegetarian...More

While you’ll see skyscrapers in most parts of Bangkok,
it’s the gilded roofs of ancient pagodas that adorn

this area to tick quite a few must-see attractions off
their to-do list, with the Grand Palace being the most
spectacular of them all. Banglamphu is also home to
Bangkok’s infamous tourist ghetto, centered around
