Simple and effective. Very good food! Very nice people there :) About 180-250 a meal. Located in a very quiet street.

Very very nice little Thai restaurant by a narrow one way road - a real hidden gem. Super good Thai food served by friendly and helpful staff. Very strong recommendation.

From the moment I walked in the door the service was very good. Menu was brought to the table, promptly brought my order, milkshake was great! Lunch appetizers were fantastic. Would definitely recommend.

We were staying at the sheraton down the way and this cafe was recommended so we walked over and ordered a variety of dishes. They were excellent. The pricing is comparable to what we pay for thai food at home. So far it's the best flavors we have had in bangkok.

Nice little restaurant just a few minutes walk from the Royal Orchid. Not inexpensive for Bangkok but attractive decor, tasty food and good service.

Meals and design are really nice! Prices are average for a good restaurant... means expensive in comparison with easy going places... but nothing to complain. Belongs obviously to the really nice gallery on the other side of the street... Crew is very demanding...

A block away from Sheridan Royal Orchid. Food is great, especially the soft shell crab dishes. Soups were great. Too bad they didn't have draft beer. Beer in a bottle comes up short. Great value.

Overall a satisfying lunch stop. Had to wait for check in, so we came over after it was suggested by the receptionist. Ordered the Pomelo Salad - Too much fish sauce for me. I was expecting a light, citrus salad but it was not my cup of tea. If you like fish sauce it will probably be fine for you,... More

Ate here while staying at the Royal Orchid (as I suspect 90% of people do). The food was delicious and it had a really nice decor and atmosphere. Prices are probably slightly expensive for Thailand (but average compared to U.K.); 1650thb (£40ish) for 2 soups, 2 mains and 2 drinks. Highly recommend the coconut soup, it was delicious!

Staying in Silom

Neighbourhood Profile
Despite the lack of any major tourist attractions, this lively neighborhood is a favorite of many. Whether it's the (somewhat naughty) nightlife of Soi Patpong, the various handicraft night markets or the plethora of dining options that tickle your fancy, a night out in Silom is a must on every itinerary. It's worth a stop during daytime, too: join office workers on a quest to tasty street food during lunch and shop at Silom Complex for a great mix of Thai and international stores. After a day of strolling around the congested sidewalks, a visit to Silom's Lumphini Park, Bangkok's answer to NYC's Central Park, is a welcome change of scenery.
